| Abstract: |
| Recycling of metal iron from copper slag by chloridizing roasting in oxidation atmosphere, reduction with blended coal and melting separation of slag and iron at high temperature were carried out. The results show that desulfurization degree is 72% under the conditions including particle size of slag of -100 μm, mass dosage of NaCl of 4%, and oxidizing roast at 900 ℃ for two hours. After reduction with blended coal at 1 100 ℃ for six hours and then melting separated at 1 500 ℃ for 0.5 hour in N2, the reduction degree of metal iron is 94%. Copper content in metal iron is 0.51% with copper separation degree of 70.6%. |
