| Abstract: |
| With nickel and cobalt purified and enriched solution from hydrometallurgical process of nickel based superalloy scraps as raw material, P507 as extractant, and mixer-settler as separation equipment, nickel purified solution with concentration ratio of nickel and cobalt of 8 000 and cobalt purified solution with concentration ratio of cobalt and nickel of 12 576 are obtained by the processes of cobalt extraction with P507 by six-stage countercurrent, six-stage countercurrent washing, and four-stage countercurrent stripping. Effective separation of nickel and cobalt is realized. |
