Abstract:
      The first domestic hydrometallurgical zinc production line to remove iron by hematite process has been put into production in Yunxi Wenshan Zinc and Indium Smelting Co. Ltd. Common phenomena during iron removal by hematite process was summarized, analyzed and calculated based on physic chemistry. Intrinsic nature and regularity of iron removal technology by hematite process were revealed.
