| Abstract: |
| Design principle and main structure characteristics of HAT4045 cyanide leaching tank were introduced. Parallel comparative industrial tests of HAT4045 cyanide leaching tank were carried out. The results show that HAT4045 cyanide leaching tank is agitated evenly with different numbers of aerators opened and concentration of slurry in different depth is basically the same in tank. When the total aeration volume is reduced by 25%, the average dissolved oxygen and gold leaching rates of HAT4045 cyanide leaching tank at different depths are basically the same as those of the comparative tank. When the total aeration volume is the same, the average dissolved oxygen content of HAT4045 cyanide leaching tank at different depths is 26.6% higher than that of the comparative tank, and gold leaching rate is 3 percentage points higher than that of the comparative tank. |
