| Abstract: |
| To address low volumetric efficiency and high energy consumption of biological oxidation tank, biological oxidation pretreatment was numerically simulated with CFD software. Gas distribution in oxidation tank and effect of structure radius of air disperser on gas concentration in oxidation tank were investigated. The results show that the closer the gas in oxidation tank is to position of air disperser, the higher the gas concentration is, and the farther away the air disperser is, the lower the gas concentration is. When structure diameter of air disperser is of 2~5 m, gas concentration at the height of 9 m of oxidation tank rises with increase of diameter of air disperser. When diameter is bigger than 5 m, gas concentration will remain unchanged after reaching 1.255 8 kg/m3. |
