Abstract:
High titanium bauxite was treated by high pressure hydration method. Its dissolution process was analyzed from point of view of dynamic. Through calculation of experimental results and quasi cooperative graph, it is concluded that the apparent activation energy of dissolution of aluminum minerals is 23.431 kJ/mol, which shows dissolution process of aluminum minerals is controlled by internal diffusion with apparent rate constant kg=0.6381exp(-23421/RT). The kinetic equation of dissolution of aluminum minerals in the process of high hydrated digestion of high titanium bauxite is 1- 2/3 X-〖(1-X)〗^(2/3)=0.6381C_NaOH^3.28587 r^0.58531 e^(-23421/RT) t
