| Abstract: |
| Traditional ferroalumen process has the disadvantages of high zinc and low iron content, and unavailable comprehensive utilization of metal resource. Total recovery rate of zinc and iron is both 95% above after improved by process of hot acid leaching, reduction and pressurization iron removal. Iron slag produced by high pressure can be for sale as iron concentrate. Comprehensive utilization of iron resources and high efficient separation of zinc and iron in zinc metallurgy are achieved. Zinc hydrometallurgy with free ferroalumen slag is realized. |
