Abstract:
Process conditions to recover rhenium and molybdenum from dust of molybdenum concentrate by water leaching were studied. Effects of roasting time and temperature of dust, leaching temperature and time, and L/S on leaching rate of rhenium and molybdenum were investigated. The results show that rhenium leaching rate is 94% above and molybdenum leaching rate is 10% below under the conditions including roasting temperature of 200 ℃, roasting time of 4 h, and leaching at room temperature for 2 hours with L/S=2︰1. Selective extraction of rhenium is preliminary realized.
