Abstract:
Extraction behavior of rare earth elements of Y, La and Nd from enrichment of rare earths in phosphoric acid solution was studied. Effects of P2O5 concentration in initial aqueous phase, phase ratio, extractant concentration, and extraction time on extraction effect of rare earth were investigated. The results show that lower phosphoric acid concentration, higher extractant concentration and longer extraction time are favorable for extraction of rare earths. Extraction rate of Y, La and Nd is all 90% above under the optimum extraction conditions including P2O5 concentration in initial aqueous phase of 10%, extraction ratio V0/V1=3/1, extraction time of 15 min, P204 concentration of 30%, and room temperature.
