| Abstract: |
| Key factors affecting microbial activity in heap leaching system of S&K mine in Myanmar were studied. Appropriate measures are key to improve heap leaching efficiency and realize acid-ferrous balance. The results indicate that the dominate community is mesophilic bacterias with optimum environmental surroundings at temperature of 35 ℃. Fe3+ concentration has stronger inhibition on microbial activity, while acid concentration exerts less effect on microbial activity. In plant production, chalcocite can be leached with high acid concentration. |
