Abstract:
Au, Ag, Cu, Pb and Zn were comprehensively recovered from chloride solution by the process of cooling-crystallization, iron powder replacement, iron removal by oxidation, and zinc neutralization precipitation. Replacement residue, lead chloride and zinc hydroxide were produced in this process. Under the optimum conditions, recovery of Au, Ag, Cu, Pb and Zn is 99.3%, 98.3%, 97.8%, 81.7% and 95.3%, respectively. Au, Ag, Cu, Pb and Zn contents in products are 1 462 g/t, 26 945 g/t, 29.8%, 39.55% and 35.2%, respectively.
