Abstract: |
Temperature rising properties of molybdenite in microwave field were studied. Effects of material thickness, material mass and temperature on product yield were discussed. The results indicate that molybdenite has good microwave absorption properties. Product yield rises first and drops later with increase of material thickness and temperature. Product yield rises with increase of material mass. The optimum preparation conditions include material thickness of 3 cm, material mass of 60 g, and temperature of 800 ℃. Increasing temperature is favorable to improve product purity with more obvious crystal forming and more regular crystal structure. It is feasible to prepare molybdenum trioxide crystal from molybdenite by microwave roast. |
