| Abstract: |
| In order to find an optimized supporting method for a main girder structure of a 500 kA aluminum electrolysis cell, the comprehensive evaluation method and quantitative analysis are used, and it is concluded that the box girder structure is more reasonable for the long-span support main girder. This thesis also analyzes and calculates load on the main beam and checks the dangerous section of the main beam. The ANSYS-Workbench finite element simulation platform is used to simulate the calculation. The results show that the strength, stiffness and stability of the main beam meet the design requirements. |
