| Abstract: |
| It’s possible to upgrade germanium concentrate of low tannic acid germanium by leaching impurity with HCl+NaCl solution, three-sections water countercurrent washing and calcination. Germanium concentration in tannic acid germanium after impurity leaching and washing is about 4% with production rate of about 45% and impurity removal rates is Ca ~90%, Pb 95%, Zn 92% and Fe 80% under the conditions including L/S=(4.0~4.5)︰1, leaching temperature of 40~60 ℃, and leaching time of 120~180 min. Germanium content in calcination concentrate is about 27%, and germanium concentrate yield rate is about 15% with germanium recovery rate of 95% above. |
