| Abstract: |
| Influence factors of distillation channel blockage were investigated based on actual production status. Improvement measures were put forward. The results show that the main reasons for vacuum distillation channels blockage include insufficiency vacuum system ability, unreasonable spray water temperature control system, mediocre system tightness, high load and distillation equipment failure caused by power. Channels blockage rate can be effectively reduced by maintaining vacuum degree of 4 Pa below and spray water of distillation stage between 47.5~52.5 ℃ in distillation process. |
