| Abstract: |
| High-arsenic and high-copper bearing gold concentrate containing 9.42% arsenic was treated by pressurization oxidation-cyanidation. Leaching rates of copper, gold and silver are 96%~97%, 99% and 78%, respectively. More than 80% of arsenic solidifies exist in oxidizing slag. At the same time, copper-extraction, raffinate treatment, toxic leaching and other process unit tests were performed. Copper extraction, raffinate treatment, and toxic leaching test were conducted. The toxic leaching test shows that concentration of heavy metals and arsenic in toxic leaching solution of cyanidation slag and neutralization slag is lower than that of standard value. It is feasible to treat high-arsenic and high-copper bearing gold concentrate by pressurization oxidation process. |
