| Abstract: |
| Voltages of prebake aluminum electrolysis cell include anode voltage drop, fixture voltage drop, electrolyte voltage drop, cathode voltage drop, riser busbar voltage drop, anode busbar voltage drop, reversible equilibrium voltage drop and external busbar voltage drop. During aluminum electrolysis production, keep voltage balance is the basic condition for stable and efficient operation. Through analysis of voltage balance measurement on 400 kA pre-bake aluminium cell and combining present production status, the direction and measures for voltage balance adjustment are analyzed and summarized. Energy saving and energy consumption reduction can be effectively achieved through reducing voltage drop of all part, improving production management and strict application of operation rules and regulations. |
