| Abstract: |
| Effects of ratio of iodine mass fraction, n(I2)/n(I?), H2O2 dosage, and ratio of solid to liquid in I2-KI-H2O2 system on dissolution rate of gold were investigated by orthogonal and single-factor experiments, respectively. Effects of mass fraction of potassium iodide, m(I2)/m(I?), H2O2 dosage, and temperature and pH value of solution on dissolution time of gold were studied. Stability of solution was tested. The results show that influence sequence of factors is solid-liquid ratio > H2O2 dosage > n(I2)/n(I?) > iodine mass fraction. Gold dissolution rate is the highest, and stability of solution is feasible under the conditions including mass fraction of potassium iodide of 0.2~0.25 g/mL, m(I2)/m(I?)=1︰5~1︰4, H2O2 dosage of 0.7~0.9 mL, room temperature, and pH value of the original solution. |
