| Abstract: |
| Coke particle baking and dry roasting start-up process of 400 kA aluminum electrolytic cell was described. Abnormal issues, technical controlling, and addressing methods during baking and start-up were analyzed. Controllable start-up process can provide security for follow-up steady production. The start-up method is proved to be reasonable and effective by longer cell-life and efficient production of electrolyzer series. |
