Abstract:
How to realize effective separation of zinc and iron are the key technologies of marmatite processing. Hematite precipitation process for iron removal is an effective way to realize high efficient separation of zinc and iron. Basic principle and kernel technology of hematite process and thermodynamic stability of hematite area are expounded. Crystallization and dissolution features, and transformation rules of ferrous sulfate crystal are investigated. Oxidation & hydrolysis reaction mechanism are analyzed. Rule of fine grain in terms of its nucleation, growth, reunion and grow-up, and characteristics of ore phase transition during hematite precipitation process are summarized. Application status of hematite precipitation process at home and abroad is expounded.
