Abstract:
Rubidium and cesium were separated from purified lepidolite leaching solution by solvent extraction method. Effects of concentration of extracting agent, alkalinity and extraction phase ratio O/A on separation of rubidium and cesium were discussed. Extraction rate of rubidium and cesium is 90.0% and 32.0% respectively under the optimum conditions including concentration of extractant of t-BAMBP of 0.7 mol/L, O/A=1, alkalinity of 0.3 mol/L, and extracting time of 10 min with cyclohexane and sulfonated kerosene as diluent. Rubidium elusion rate is 80.0% and cesium losing rate during washing is 9.36% from loaded organic phase under the optimum conditions including washing agent concentration of NaCl of 0.1 mol/L, O/A=1, and washing time of 10 min.
