| Abstract: |
| Optimized Continuous Chemical Extraction (SCE) was applied to analyze speciation characteristic of As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Pb and Zn in electrolytic manganese residue (EMR) applying EMR as research object. The improved toxicity characteristic leaching procedure (TCLP) method was applied to analyze main influencing factors on heavy metals leaching. The results show that except for Pb, sum of water-soluble, weak acid soluble and reducible of other five heavy metals is more than 60%. Under suitable conditions, heavy metals are easy to leach, especially leaching rate rises with increase of acidity under acidic conditions. Leaching rates of heavy metals are high under the conditions including leaching agent of acetic acid with pH=2.88, extraction time of 48 h, ratio of liquid to solid of 80 above, and leaching temperature of 45~50 ℃. Influence of oscillation mode on leaching rate of heavy metal varies with properties of heavy metals. |
