Abstract:
Thermodynamic analysis of carbon thermal decomposition reaction of arsenic calcium slag was carried out with thermodynamic calculation software HSC Chemistry 6.0. It is found that decomposition temperature of calcium sulfate and calcium arsenate can be reduced effectively under reducing atmosphere. According to analysis results, carbon thermal reduction decomposition test of arsenic calcium slag was carried out in tubular furnace to investigate effects of reaction temperature, reductant dosage and reaction time on decomposition of arsenic calcium slag. The results show that arsenic volatility is 93.75% and content of calcium oxide in residue is 78.87% under the optimum conditions including temperature of 1 200 ℃, reductant dosage of 25%, and reaction time of 3 h.
