| Abstract: |
| Heating characteristics of neutralizing slag in microwave field were investigated. The results show that neutralization slag has excellent microwave absorbing properties. Volatilization rate of lead and zinc rises significantly with increase of material temperature. Volatilization rate of zinc and lead is 90.27% and 98.63% respectively, and zinc and lead contents in calcined zinc oxide dust is 49.06% and 8.54% respectively, under microwave power of 1 kW and roasting temperature of 1 000 ℃. It is feasible to prepare zinc oxide dust with neutralizing slag by microwave roasting. |
