| Abstract: |
| Pretreatment process of biological oxidation and gold extraction in alpine-cold mining area is susceptible to climate. Un-balanced temperature distribution in oxidation tank will reduce gold extraction rate. Three-dimensional temperature field is obtained by theoretical derivation, actual measurement and verification, and CFD simulation applying bio-oxidation tank of high-altitude mining area as calculation model. Heat exchange tube arrangement is changed to realize balanced temperature distribution in oxidation tank. The results show that climatic conditions have axial and radial influences on internal temperature field distribution of biological oxidation tank, and the axial influence is prominent, which interferes bio-oxidation pretreatment process. Addition of heat exchangers can overcome imbalance of temperature field, which should be adjusted by appropriate measures. |
