Abstract: |
Main mineral in silver-separation slag was lead silicate, and bismuth and antimony were encapsulated in silicates in form of oxides. In order to efficiently recover valuable metals, silicate structure must be destroyed to expose valuable metals. Mixed solution of hydrochloric acid and additive is used to selectively extract silver-separation slag, so as to realize separation of lead and bismuth, antimony and other rare metals. Leaching rate of bismuth and antimony is 99% and 95% above respectively under the conditions including hydrochloric acid concentration of 2.5 mol/L, ZnCl2 concentration of 100 g/L, ratio of liquid to solid of 4︰1, temperature of 90 ℃, and leaching time of 2 h. |
