| Abstract: |
| Aiming at conversion behavior of pyrite by oxygen pressure leaching, pyrite in Ni-Mo ore is taken as the research object to investigate effects of initial sulfuric acid solution, temperature, oxygen partial pressure, and particle size on oxidation translation behavior of pyrite under pressure filed. The results show that iron exists in solution in form of ions with small part of element iron remaining in form of hematite and iron jarosite in residue during whole reaction. Sulfur exists in solution in form of sulfate and a small amount of elemental sulfur come into shape in residue during whole reaction. Under the reaction conditions with addition of initial acid, acid consumption is bigger than acid formation in initial stage of reaction, while in later reaction the amount of acid produced is more than the amount of acid consumed. Acid is produced without addition of initial acid. |
