Abstract:
Electrochemical dissolution of superalloy bearing ruthenium and rhenium in hydrochloric acid system was studied. Effects of current density, electrolyte acidity, nickel ion concentration, temperature, and stirring rate on electrolysis process were investigated. The results show that electrochemical dissolution rate of nickel-cobalt in alloy is 60% above and dissolution rate of rare metals (W,Ta,Re,Ru) is 0.8% below under the conditions including anode current density of 400 A/m2, hydrochloric acid concentration of 2 mol/L, electrolyte temperature of 40 ℃, concentration of nickel ion of <100 g/L, and stirring rate of 200 r/min. High-efficiency separation of base metals and rare metals in alloy is realized.
