Abstract: |
Anode mud containing ruthenium and rhenium was treated by acid oxidative leaching, alkali roasting, and water leaching. Effects of oxidation leaching acidity, temperature, mass ratio of liquid to solid (L/S), oxidant dosage, stirring rate, and leaching time on rhenium leaching rate were investigated. The results show that rhenium leaching rate is 99% above, and nearly 100% of W, Ta and Ru remains in leaching slag under the conditions including concentration of hydrochloric acid of 2 mol/L, temperature of 85 ℃, L/S=4, oxidant dosage of 1.4 times of theoretical consumption, stirring rate of 200 r/min, and leaching time of 2.5 h. Separation of rhenium and other rare metals is realized. The oxidized leaching slag is treated by conventional alkaline oxidizing roasting, water leaching, and distillation to realize separation of Ru and W and Ta. W and Ta can be recovered from distillation solution and water leaching residue, respectively. |
