| Abstract: |
| Leaching and extraction of tantalum-enrichment slag were conducted. The results show that tantalum leaching rate is 99% above under the leaching conditions including leaching agent of 65%HF, temperature of 60 ℃, leaching time of 1 h, and L/S=4/1. Extraction rate of Ta, Hf, Ti, W in MIBK-HF-H2SO4 system is 86%, 1.6%, 0.2% and 5.8%, respectively, under the conditions including mass concentration of tantalum of 25 g/L, extraction time of 3 min, sulfuric acid concentration of 2.5 mol/L, and O/A=1/2. Separation of tantalum from mixed solution of hafnium, titanium, and tungsten is realized. |
