Abstract: |
Selective leaching of manganese from iron rich manganese oxide ore was studied in sulfuric acid - water solution system. Effects of dosage of bagasse pulp, pretreatment time, concentration of sulfuric acid and reaction temperature on leaching rate of manganese and iron were investigated. The results show that manganese leaching rate is 94% above and iron leaching rate is only about 13% under the conditions including dosage of bagasse pulp of 2.25 g, pretreatment time of 15 min, concentration of sulfuric acid of 3.0 mol/L, pretreatment temperature of 65 ℃, and leaching temperature of 90 ℃. |
