Abstract:
Based on resource properties of valuable metals and energy characteristics for resin with WPCBs, the principle and route of top blowing bath melting for WPCBs were demonstrated. Technical and economic value of WCBs smelting in oxygen enrichment top blowing were verified from four aspects, i.e., slag type, oxygen enrichment smelting, secondary combustion of flue gas, and removal of acid gas from exhaust gas. WPCBs are successfully and efficiently treated by recycling with top blowing bath melting. WPCBs melting technology consists of SiO2-CaO-FeO-Al2O3 metallurgical slag type, smelting with oxygen enrichment, reduction dioxins through high temperature combustion, and removing acid gas with complex reagent. It also provides a new way of industrialization for resource regeneration of copper-based solid waste such as WPCBs.
