| Abstract: |
| Process of sulfation roasting product from waste printed circuit boards smelting ash was studied. Effects of leaching temperature, stirring speed, leaching time and L/S on leaching rate of copper, zinc and lead were investigated. The results show that leaching rate of copper and zinc is 99% above at room temperature, and lead can be mostly enriched in leaching residue. Stirring speed, leaching time and L/S exert big influence on leaching rate of copper and zinc, while weak influence on lead leaching rate. Leaching rate of copper and zinc is 99.49% and 99.58%, respectively, and lead content in leaching residue is about 50% under the optimum conditions including leaching temperature of 40 ℃, stirring speed of 175 r/min, leaching time of 1 h, and L/S of 5︰1. |
