| Abstract: |
| Application of desorption electrolysis processing under high temperature and pressure without cyanide in a Gold Mine in Laos shows that this processing has advantages of high desorption electrolysis rate and low gold grade of lean carbon. Actual average gold grade of gold-loaded carbon and lean carbon is 5 595.22 g/t and 38.10 g/t respectively, desorption rate is 99.32%, average gold grade of electrolysis lean solution is 0.063 g/m3, and electrolysis rate is 99.99%. Cost of reagent material and power is only 0.69 RMB per ton ore. Usage of desorption solution is more than 33 times, which has little effect on desorption electrolysis time and desorption electrolysis rate. Amount of gold mud in electrolytic cell is the main factor affecting desorption electrolysis time, while gold grade of gold-loaded carbon has little relation with desorption electrolysis time. |
