Abstract:
Leaching kinetics of gold from refractory antimony-bearing gold ores with alkaline sulfide under the condition of 20~70 ℃ and sodium sulphide concentration of 20~80 g/L was studied. The results show that apparent activation energy for gold leaching with sodium sulfide is Ea=10.948 kJ/mol within the scope. Lower value of Ea shows that gold leaching is controlled by diffusion of reactants. During gold leaching with sodium sulfide, when leaching reaction does not reach equilibrium only from perspective of apparent rate, reaction series of sodium sulfide in gold dissolution is 3.07.
