Abstract:
Efficient recycling of TiO2 from waste SCR catalyst was achieved via Na2CO3 roasting and water leaching. Phase evolution during sodium roasting and effects of sodium roasting parameters on recovery of TiO2 were investigated. Influence sequence of roasting parameters on recovery of TiO2 confirmed by orthogonal experiment is roasting temperature, dosage of Na2CO3, roasting time, and particle size of waste SCR catalyst. Titanium leaching rate is 94% under the optimum conditions including roasting temperature of 700 ℃, roasting time of 3.0 h, particle size of waste SCR catalyst of -106 μm, and mass ratio of Na2CO3 to raw material of 3.0.
