| Abstract: |
| In order to simulate dynamic change of various components during uranium bioleaching, three reactions and four equations of microbial immersion uranium dynamics were embedded in PHREEQC geochemical database to fit experimental results. The results show that microbial immersion uranium dynamics database based on PHREEQC software can simulate chemical reaction kinetics of uranium bioleaching. The simulation results show that leaching of uranium is directly affected by concentration of iron ions in solution, and indirectly affected by number of microorganisms and concentration and oxidation of ferrous ions. |
