| Abstract: |
| Fluorine and chlorine in zinc suboxide were removed by cleaning with mixed solution of NaOH and Na2CO3. Fluorine and chlorine removing efficiency is 92.31% and 96.57%, respectively under the conditions of molar ratio of NaOH and Na2CO3 of 1︰1 and controlled L/S and temperature. Concentration of zinc, fluorine and chlorine in alkaline cleaning solution is 0.37, 0.048, and 0.083 g/L after precipitating. Zinc suboxide whose fluorine and chlorine were removed was leached with zinc electrolytic waste liquid by controlling H2SO4 concentration, L/S and temperature of leaching. Zinc, lead, fluorine and chlorine concentrations in leaching solution are 86.27 g/L, 0.027 g/L, 0.042 mg/L, and 0.078 mg/L. Zinc and lead content in leaching residue is 9.13% and 50.84%, respectively. Recovery efficiency of zinc and lead is 95.36% and 96.57%, respectively. |
