| Abstract: |
| Fluorine and chlorine were removed from zinc leaching solution by P204 extraction. Zinc extraction efficiency is 95% above, stripping efficiency is 99% above, and recovery efficiency is 98% above. Fluorine and chlorine removing efficiency is both over 99%. The optimum extraction conditions include saponification efficiency of 65%, zinc feed liquid pH=4.0, extracting temperature of 40 ℃, O/A=2, and extracting time of 5 min. The optimum stripping conditions include H2SO4 concentration of 120 g/L, temperature of 40 ℃, O/A=0.5, and stripping time of 5 min. Organic phase emulsification and long time phase separation can be avoided under temperature of 40-45 ℃. Concentration of Zn, F, Cl in raffinate of cascade test is 2.42, 0.52, and 1.42 g/L, respectively. F and Cl concentration drops to 0.042 g/L and 0.079 g/L after precipitating. The raffinate can be reused in zinc leaching and solution after precipitating. |
