Abstract:
N235 was used to extract zinc and remove fluorine and chlorine from zinc leaching solution. Fluorine and chlorine were extracted into organic phase. Zinc extraction rate is lower than 5%, fluorine extraction rate is over 80%, and chlorine extraction efficiency is over 94%. Organic phase emulsification and long time phase separation can be avoided when isooctanol is added to N235 organic phase, and temperature of extraction, washing and stripping is controlled at 40-45 ℃. Concentrations of Zn, F, Cl in raffinate is 55.54, 0.011 and 0.082 g/L respectively, which can be reused in zinc leaching, purification, and electrolyte preparation.
