| Abstract: |
| Effects of initial concentration of sulfuric acid, L/S, reaction temperature, leaching time, oxidizing agent, and assisting leaching agent (Cu2+) on copper leaching rate in arsenic matte were investigated at atmospheric pressure. The results indicate that leaching rate of copper and arsenic from arsenic matte is 96.35% and 76.16% respectively, while content of lead and silver entering residue is both 99% above under the optimum conditions including initial sulfuric acid concentration of 150 g/L, L/S=8/1, reaction temperature of 85 ℃, leaching time of 3 h, dosage of oxidizing agent (H2O2) of 2.5 mL/g, and concentration of assisting leaching agent (Cu2+) of 2 g/L. Lead and silver in leaching residue can be recycled by pyrometallurgical lead smelting. Valuable metals such as copper, lead, silver etc. can be comprehensively recovered. |
