Abstract:
      Desulfurization mechanism of flue gas collected from fugitive emission with organic amine in copper smelting was introduced. Production process of absorption and desorption of SO2, and purification of organic amine solution during desulfurization process were elaborated. Through comparison between organic amine desulfurization process and previous activated coke desulfurization process of Guixi Smelter, it can be found that desulfurization efficiency of organic amine desulfurization and operation rate are greatly improved. SO2 concentration in exhaust gas emission is 50 mg/m3 below, and desulfurization efficiency is as high as 95.92%.
