| Abstract: |
| In order to investigate effects of Si/Ti molar ratios on component and microstructure of silicon-titanium alloys synthesized by molten salt electrolysis, products were obtained by changing Si/Ti molar ratios with cell voltage of 2.4 V at 700 ℃ for 5 h. The results suggest that the products are Si and TiSi2 as Si/Ti molar ratio is 20︰1, 25︰1, and 50︰1, respectively. Microstructures are mixture of 50~100 nm nanowires and 50~200 nm particles as molar ratio of Si/Ti is 20︰1, mixture of 30-50 nm nanowires and 100-250 nm particles as molar ratio of Si/Ti is 25︰1, and 0.2-2.5 μm particles as molar ratio of Si/Ti is 50︰1, respectively. |
