| Abstract: |
| With gradual maturity of copper flash smelting and stronger adaptability to treat complex copper ore, more copper anode slime with higher impurity content was produced by subsequent electrolytic refining. To address copper anode slime with high impurity and low-grade gold and silver, optimization and transformation of operation of Kaldo furnace, supporting facility, and controlling of intermediate materials were carried out. Annual processing capacity of Kaldo furnace rises from 2 400 t to 3 800 t, and production capacity of gold and silver is maximized. |
