Abstract:
A new technology of multi-phase enrichment & separation in copper smelting were introduced. Orientation enrichment and entire recycle of multi-type solid wastes was realized. Multi-type solid wastes from copper smelter, i.e, anode slime reducing smelting slag, Venturi slime, Ag-Se slag, secondary selenium sediment, Pb filter cake, smelting fume leaching residue, waste Pb anode, were combined-smelting. Different objective elements in various phase are enriched and separated through recycling Au, Ag, Pb and Bi from multi-metal alloy, recovering Se from washing solution of multiphase enrichment and separation furnace (MES Furnace), and recovering Te and Sb2O3 from fume of MES Furnace. New technology has advantages of good adaptability, variety metal species recycled, high metal comprehensive recovery, and environment friendliness.
