| Abstract: |
| Control method of slag type of copper flash converting was discussed by combining rod slag-like state in copper suspension blowing furnace and laboratory results. Practical experiences show that when slag type is abnormal, the most direct and fastest form of expression is rod slag-like state. Through correlation between rod slag-like state and laboratory results, feedforward control can be performed to avoid deterioration of furnace condition due to delay of test results. According to precise adjustment of test results, flash converting slag type can be quickly adjusted. |
