Abstract:
      Copper clad laminate scrap (CCLS) is a kind of electronic waste containing low iron and high boron. To get suitable viscosity property for CCLS recycling process, several smelting slags were prepared with analysis pure chemical reagent and their viscosities were measured with RTW-10 synthetic test instrument through rotating cylinder method. Effects of , , , ,and on viscosity were investigated. The results show that viscosity of smelting slag rises with increase of and , and drops with increase of T, , and . Under actual industrial melting temperature (1 100-1 200 ℃), viscosity fluctuates within 0.1-0.5 Pa?s, which can meet the smelting requirements.
