Abstract:
Ba1-xSmxTi1-x/4O3 (BST) (x=0.02-0.07) ceramics with Ti vacancy compensation were prepared using high temperature solid state reaction at 1 400 ℃/12 h. Crystal structure of BST ceramics was characterized by XRD, and Raman spectra were measured at 532 and 638 nm excitation wavelengths. The results show that all samples are single-phase perovskite structure when x≤0.07, and crystal structure changes from tetragonal (x≤0.06) to cubic (x=0.07). Raman spectra excited by different lasers confirm that high-frequency spectra are related to fluorescent effect of Sm3+.
