| Abstract: |
| In order to improve combustion efficiency of particles of lithium refined slag and prolong residence time of particles in fluidized bed, influence of gas velocity, mass flow and pressure on residence time of particles in fluidized bed were studied based on CPFD theory. Distribution of high solid content of particles in axial direction of lift pipe of fluidized bed was analyzed. The results show that residence time of particles can be prolonged by raising gas velocity under constant mass flow or reducing mass flow at the same gas velocity. Inlet pressure has little effect on residence time of particles. Gas velocity can significantly prolong residence time of particles in dense phase zone. |
