Abstract:
Copper was extracted from scrap copper anode slime by rotary kiln oxidizing roasting, acid leaching. Effects of process conditions on copper leaching rate were investigated. The results show that under the optimum conditions including rotary kiln oxidizing coasting temperature of 700 ℃, holding time of 20 min, particle size of -5 mm, and air flow rate of 0.5 L/min, copper leaching rate is 97.10%, nickel leaching rate is 90% above, and most of Pb, Sn, Sb, Bi, Au, Ag, and Pd remain in leaching residue, providing raw materials for subsequent extraction of valuable metals and precious metals.
